Wellness: Yoga Podcast of the Day

I’ve integrated yoga into my fitness routine. It has not only helped me to level up my muscle growth and tone by adding stretching critical to growth, but it also keeps me limber for workouts, and most importantly has taught me stress management through physical meditation. I go to a fantastic, community supported yoga studio in Berkeley, California, called Yoga to the People. Unfortunately, Sunday was the last day that I will be able to visit until this pandemic is under control.
