Fit together: Group yoga begins Sunday, March 22nd 10AM PST

Yoga mixed with a balance of both strength and cardio can help with your overall muscle tone, well-being, limberness, but most importantly it is an act of self care that can help with stress, anxiety, and directing your intentions for the day.

In the spirit of stay fit, stay together, I will be organizing a group yoga ‘web meeting’ with colleagues and friends. To start, there are a series of yoga podcasts that come the community yoga centers that I participate with when not locked down, ‘Yoga to the People’.

This series seems to be a mid-level yoga class, but remember, you can follow along and always return to Child’s Pose if things get too rough.
