Yoga with Nanci! (4:30PM CST)

This all level class has it's base in Vinyasa style yoga which has a flowing energy to it. I try to maintain a balance between creating a class that is fun, energizing, and a good workout, but also allowing for a relaxing and meditative tone throughout. I do interject a few core-strengthening moves, and also offer a few  more challenging yoga poses for those who are more advanced.  

The class format starts with a simple meditation that lasts a few minutes, including a focus on the breath. Then we move into an easy-going warm up, then the class progresses into a slow to medium speed flow style class. We finish with a few ab and core strengtheners, as well as some lovely stretches and our final rest and relaxation in savasana pose. there are always modifications and suggestions for those who are at a more beginner level, in order to make the class inviting and comfortable for all.
